For athletes, back-to-school also means back-to-sports. And sports participation requires a physical exam. So Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is hosting a Sports Physical and Back-to-School Fair at which kids can get free physicals. There will also be free backpacks and school supplies, as well as other resources, available. The fair will be held on July 29, 8 a.m.–1 p.m., at 260 Hospital Drive in Ukiah.
