Oakland singer Terrie Odabi has received many accolades for her powerful voice. According to San Francisco Chronicle columnist Lee Hildebrand, “She is easily the most dynamic blues and soul woman to have emerged in the Bay Area since Etta James came out of San Francisco’s Fillmore District in the Fifties.” See her perform with the award-winning Anthony Paule Soul Orchestra in a free outdoor concert on July 9 at 6 p.m. in Todd Grove Park in Ukiah.
