Pumpkin Spice Organic Dipper

November is busy as holiday season kicks into high gear. With kids often home for a Thanksgiving break, parents can appreciate a kid-friendly dip idea easy enough for children to coordinate themselves. (It’s also the perfect after-school snack, though!)

This simple-to-make recipe from Once Again features the brand’s no-stir, organic cashew butter, plain Greek yogurt, and pumpkin ingredients giving a nod to autumn.

Pumpkin Spice Dip

1/4 cup Once Again organic cashew butter

1 15-oz. can 100% pumpkin puree

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. pumpkin spice

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Q/4 tsp. nutmeg

1 ½ cups of plain Greek Yogurt

In a large bowl, combine cashew butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until smooth. Using a spatula, fold in the Greek yogurt until completely incorporated. Serve chilled with slices of apples, graham sandwiches, pretzels, or your favorite snacks!

Option 2: Peanut Butter, Yogurt & Honey Dip

Mix together 1 small container of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of Once Again organic no-stir peanut butter, and 3 Tbs. of honey. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve with sliced fruit and Once Again's graham sandwiches.
