Attention jazz-loving moms and dads: Kenny Washington is coming to town. Recently dubbed “the Superman of the Bay Area jazz scene” by the San Francisco Chronicle, the vocalist is known for his expansive range and rapid-fire scatting. Accompanying him on guitar will be Jeff Massanari, who has performed with the San Francisco Symphony at Stern Grove and in China. The duo will play on March 15 at 3 p.m. at the Tallman Hotel in Upper Lake. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased via tallmanhotel.com. The performance, part of the Concert with Conversation series, is not suitable for children.
