How fast can a baby crawl? Find out at the Diaper Crawl, in which a bunch of babies in nappies will make their way, on hands and knees, to their moms and dads. The adorable event is an annual part of the Lake County Fair, which is back this year with COVID-19 safety protocols, including social distancing and indoor masking. The fair boasts daily entertainment, including a horse show, power wheels derby, and boat races, as well as country, R&B, jazz, and rock concerts; livestock markets; and special activities for kids. It all happens September 2–5 at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Lakeport. Fair hours are 6–11 p.m. on September 2; 4–11 p.m. on September 3; and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. September 4–5.
