Electric blue. Emerald green. Neon red. The Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens’ in Fort Bragg is a feast of colors during the Festival of Lights, when the gardens’ many trees, bushes, and flowers are spruced up with holiday sparkle. Light sculptures, such as boats, jellyfish, and flamingoes, decorate the grounds, too.
