Does someone in the family like to whistle while they work? Belt out a ballad in the shower? They can explore their knack for making up melodies at the free 101S Songwriting and Ukulele class. Musicians Steve Hahm and Rosie Wetzel will teach participants some basic songwriting principles and ukulele chords. The event will happen on January 13, 4:30–5:30 p.m., at the Ukiah Branch Library in Ukiah.
