The Noyo Harbor District announces its 4th Annual Harbor Festival, celebrating the rich maritime heritage of Noyo Harbor and the bounty of locally caught, sustainable seafood. Entertainment and fun for all ages includes a treasure hunt, fishing and sandcastle competitions, dock walk, hard hat diving demo, craft vendors, and more. Come dressed in your best pirate outfit and paddle down the Noyo, or test your fishing skills at the Fisherman’s Relay Race.
