History Owner of HydroPacific Jim Shaw moved to northern California in search of a better place to raise his family which soon consisted of his wife, Denise and together their five girls. Denise's family roots grow deep in the area for many generations. Jim and his wife found the valley of Ukiah beautiful and with their shared love of the area and being both avid gardeners they often thought of owning their own garden supply store. In 2005 that dream blossomed when the doors to their new store, HydroPacific opened their 14,300 sq.ft. store doors to all.
