Sometimes we experience emotions and thoughts that we can’t put into words. Poetry can be one vehicle for communicating these hard-to-express feelings. In the free virtual Family Poetry Workshop, poet Francisco Escamilla will guide participants in the process of writing verse. The class will be held on December 11 at 11 a.m. and will focus on winter as a time of resting, renewal, and preparation for spring’s rebirth.
