It’s that exercise class with an interesting name: Zumba. But what is it exactly? Founded in 2001, Zumba is Latin-inspired dance aerobics. But to really know what it’s like, it helps to take a class. And the curious can do just that at the Move Lake County 5K Fun Run and Wellness Faire, at which there’ll be free classes in Zumba as well as yoga and Jazzercise; health and wellness vendors will be exhibiting their wares, too. The event will be held on August 27 at Austin Park in Clearlake; the 5K Fun Run will start at 8 a.m. and the fair will follow.
